MenuWe take great pride in making all of the food ourselves and have a strong focus on choosing only the finest available ingredients. Lunch consists of a healthy and tasty daily fare. Coffee breaks are filled with fruit and pastries and additional healthy options are available on request. In the evening the table is prepared for a banquet where we serve a delicious 4-course meal. You may even wish to make the meal yourself with some expert help from our merited chef Bjørn Ivar Hettervik. A culinary experience you won't forget in a hurry. Our chef's signature menu is as follows:
* Tender roasted breast of duck served with a red onion compote, green herb salad and balsamic dressing.
* Grilled scallops on a bed of puréed peas, buerre blanc.
*Venison fillet with baked apple, celery-root purée, creamy stewed mushrooms, rosti potatoes, honey glazed root vegetables and a rich sauce.
* Crème Brulè served with caramelised almond biscuits, marinated berries and coffee.
